General Information

We call this a cabin, but it's much more -- it's a beautiful four bedroom home located on a picturesque farm with frequent deer in the back yard
Sleeps eight comfortably
Has five beds -- one full bed and one queen waterbed downstairs and one full bed and two twin beds upstairs
Eight person hot tub on back porch
Cabin is recently built and beautifully decorated
Recently upgraded water system
Exceptionally clean
Safe environment

Located in a quiet area away from major roads and highways
Cabin has spacious kitchen with gas cook stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, pots and pans
Satellite television, dvd player, and vcr
Two living rooms -- one upstairs and one downstairs
Private bathroom with old fashioned tub downstairs and bathroom with shower upstairs
One set of towels for each occupant and one set of bed clothes for each bed are provided
Gas log fireplace and air conditioning
Outside gas grill, picnic table, fire ring, and stocked fishing pond
Smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, and fire extinguishers in cabin for the renters' protection
Pets are permitted only in Cabin 1 -- outside pets are welcome at other units -- if pets are found inside a unit, a cleanup fee of at least $60 will be charged, plus the pet will have to be boarded
